Michelle Shrader is driven by a deep desire to bring women together and a genuine heart for serving others. With a strong passion for building meaningful community, she believes in the power of authentic friendships rooted in faith, kindness, and shared life experiences.

Married for 34 years and a proud mom to two grown children, Michelle pours her heart into the people she loves, always seeking ways to encourage and uplift those around her. She has long felt called to reflect the love of Jesus in her everyday life-living as a mirror of His grace, compassion, and kindness. As she often says, she simply wants to “sprinkle kindness like confetti.”

For much of her life, Michelle knew God was there but felt He was just out of reach. Through community and prayer, that distance began to close, and her faith deepened in ways that transformed her heart. Since joining The Breaking, she has witnessed firsthand how powerful authentic connection and shared prayer can be-watching women grow, heal, and find belonging.

In addition to her role within The Breaking, Michelle is also a travel agent, bringing the same care, attention, and heart for service into every journey she helps plan.
