Aubrey Carroll serves as the Media and Communications Lead for The Breaking, stewarding the stories, visuals, and messaging of the ministry with care, humility, and reverence. Her journey with The Breaking began at its very first gathering, where she experienced a profound personal breaking-one that became the starting point for deep healing and restoration.

In that sacred space, surrounded by women committed to prayer and presence, the Lord met Aubrey in her brokenness. Through that season, God humbled, renewed, and restored her life, rebuilding what felt shattered and reminding her of His nearness and faithfulness. The Breaking became a place of steady support, love, and prayer-walking with her as God did His redemptive work.

Aubrey is a devoted wife and the mother of three sons, roles she carries with gratitude and intention. Professionally, she works in business development, marketing, and communications, using those skills to serve both her family and this ministry. Her work within The Breaking is not simply about communication, but about stewardship-honoring stories of healing, pointing hearts back to God, and creating space for women to encounter Him through shared testimony.

Aubrey believes deeply in the mission of The Breaking: that God meets women in their broken places, and that healing often begins when we are brave enough to be seen, prayed over, and loved well.
